Joy, Lemons

Decorate Your Life With JOY!

life is a ceremony

This was the start of my beautiful morning. Warm lemon water in a pretty cup, some meditation today (not all days), and then a short yoga session which focused today on appreciating the feet and knees.

Lately I have been ceremoniously enjoying my things and experiences and tying them together. For example when I prepare my morning celery juice I offer it up, pre-juicer, on a nice elongated white plate. There is something extra special doing it that way verses grabbing the celery from the sink and stuffing it in the juicer. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here, in this picture, I enjoy my lemon water in a pretty tea cup along with my new favorite lemon water carafe. I find the more special and ceremonious I make my experiences, the deeper I appreciate them. They become sacred in fact.

A client just messaged me about how to prepare lemon water and I mentioned to her that I enjoy slicing my lemons thinly in the cup because it is like a whole bunch of sunshine in my cup. It truly makes me smile to see it. That is an example of infusing more JOY. I like to call all of this “Decorating Your Day with JOY”. ๐Ÿ™‚

Update: my client just sent me this! How wonderful!

I hope you too find ways to infuse more JOY into your day and enjoy the little things that you do for you health consistently because they truly do become the BIG things. All things done with JOY are enhanced and extra special too. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Reading this makes me feel extra special and someways, after having an interview today for a job at the Salvation Army and feeling so proud to be with in the facility to possibly be a part of their team, then I went back to Loweโ€™s to plant essentials were at work for till the end of October, I had a wonderful conversation was an elderly gentleman from Italy about the sign of the times, and why things are so expensive because the minimum-wage and however everything goes up but her pensions donโ€™t change make me smile inside all the little special things that I got to enjoy today, My day of Sharing Joy! Thank for this thought Maggie ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’ž
