Visualization

Visualizing is a key to manifestation and to creating what you want in life.

As a Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer and Coach, I have had the pleasure of training under Mike Dooley. Mike is a New York Times Bestselling author, speaker, and was in the movie “The Secret”.

Here is one of Mike’s examples on how to visualize:

“When you are visualizing, when you’ve got that picture playing out in your mind, always and only dwell on the end result.”

Here’s an example:

The back of a hand

Look at the back of your hands, right now. Really look at the back of your hands: the color of your skin, the freckles, the blood vessels, the rings, the fingernails. Take in all those details. Right before you close your eyes, see those hands, your fingers, wrapping around the steering wheel of your brand new car.” Mike Dooley

From Me Now:

The best thing to do when you are visualizing is to do it with feeling. Feel how you would feel wrapping those fingers around the steering wheel. Feel the leather or texture of the steering wheel. Feel how glorious it feels to be taking your first spin in the vehicle of your dreams.

Or maybe your dream is to take a dream vacation or to buy a lake home. Feel how it feels to dip your toes into the water or twinkle your toes in the sandy beach.

The point is that the more you can ‘see’ and ‘feel’ the end result, the easier your manifesting will be to create what you want in life. And never forget you can manifest small or large things using the same technique.

For example, maybe today you want to just have a happy family conversation that is light -hearted at the family dinner table. Feel how that would feel. See the smiling faces of your family members. See yourself conversing with them and all of you enJOYing it.

This is powerful stuff folks. I hope you take this as serious as I do. I have been manifesting for years and I can tell you that once you get into the groove of this, it works like magic!

Happy Creation and Manifestation! 🙂

Visualize Every Day

A picture I took of the Sleeping Giant with a dream catcher and my own saying “Never lose site of your dreams. Take time to visualize every day.

Visualize Each & Every Day

Visualize each and every day is actually a cool play on words. Visualize EVERY day and visualize your every day and how you want it to be. 🙂

One of the most powerful exercises one can do is to spend a few minutes preferably in the morning, but anytime is good, to visualize.

No matter how big or small your dream or desire is, visualizing with feeling, is the most powerful step you can take on the journey to achieving your dreams and desires.

Using Your Mind’s Eye

Professional camera displaying an image of a woman along with graphics to imply using the mind’s eye.

Lately for some reason I have been fascinated with the thought of pictures. I love to take pictures and I often think “how can I take that picture in a split second and it captures this beauty or this exact moment?” I am absolutely mesmerized by this and I even think of it as magical!

This morning while doing my daily ‘mind’ reading I had a huge breakthrough. I got things at a deeper level. Now you might read this and think “well Maggie that is no revelation”. But for me it was the profound depth of getting this concept.

Okay let me get to the point. Not only have I been fascinated with the power of picture taking but also the concept of imagination and imaging. Now today I have put the two together! If we can take a picture with a camera and in an instant capture an entire scene complete with color and detail, imagine when we use our imagination… We are much more powerful than any camera or even computer will ever be! When we image or imagine things we too can create that picture that we imagine. This is super empowering.

I for one will no longer ever take lightly the act of visualization or seeing in my mind’s eye how I want my life to be. I am also open to it happening ‘in an instant’ just like a picture. 🙂

I have created many great things in my life and when I reflect back I now ‘see’ that I did indeed ‘see’ those images in my mind as though they were real and would indeed happen. I will now be more consciously active in these creations….

I would love to hear your thoughts on all of this too 🙂 Why not drop a comment in the comment section. 🙂

Using Your Dreams as a Tool to Manifest What You Want in Life… Cool Stuff!

Early this morning I had a bad dream… one of those really bad dreams. I won’t go into details but it was ‘so real’. In my dream my husband had died in a fire in a big building and I thought my daughter had too but she came out. Anyhow while telling my daughter and hubby about the dream, I wept and wept because it was ‘so real’.

My daughter then shared with me about a dream that she had that she will never forget and that had scared her because it was ‘so real’. She started to weep too!

I shared with her an exercise that I use with my coaching clients about using that same emotional power from a dream that seems ‘so real’ for manifesting what we want in life.

For manifesting, we(man) are the main component in creating the manifestation or what we want to create. We need to first visualize/see what we want to happen, or to achieve, or to acquire in our life and then we need to FEEL as though we are already there experiencing that which we wish to create.

It’s just like the dream! The dream ‘feels real’ because you are FEELING the feelings of this event actually occurring. This is a huge big deal. Really think on this. A dream IS real as it is a manifestation of a concept. The key to future manifesting is to first dream up the concept, SEE it, and put the feeling behind it as though it were already real and than detach from the HOW’s of how it will happen and then let the invisible forces go to work to create your manifestation.

This stuff really works. I have seen it happen over and over again in my life and it always seems like a delightful surprise but I know that I created it! And I am getting really really good at this. This works like magic folks. 🙂

I believe in this so much, today I am sharing this same blog post on all of my blogs! 🙂

Have a great day everyone!

Remember When…..

Smiling young girl in a tree

So here I am on a Sunday morning preparing for my Week 2, Infinite Possibilities class tomorrow night. The class is on beliefs but I was reflecting on the content from last week where we covered that ‘thoughts are things’ and we started to implement visualization or ‘adult daydreaming’ as I like to call it. 🙂

I think we can all relate to how easy it was to daydream when we were children. It is interesting to see that it can be very difficult for many adults to start this process again. After many years of running programs in our minds about how we think life is or should be, and what we expect is what we get, we somehow lose that childlike wonder.

I found this note from Mike Dooley, who writes “The Notes from The Universe” and thought it was perfect…

Remember when as a child,

just the site of the swing set, or a pony, or a Hula-Hoop would get your heart racing and your imagination somersaulting? And without even thinking in words you felt that surely the world revolved around you, that you were the most blessed creature ever to live, and that having fun was all that really mattered?

Well I still wonder how you knew so much, at such a tender age.

Tallyho,

The Universe

P.S. To me, at times it’s as if there is only you. Actually… all the time.

I hope you enJOYed this note from the Universe as much as I did today and happy adult daydreaming! Woot Woot!!!
