Moving Away From Guilt & Shame

“Energy is everything. You can control your vibration and energy with your thoughts.

Love is the ultimate healer and transformer of energy, and guilt and shame are the lowest frequency emotions.”

Christie Marie Sheldon

I love the work of Christie Marie Sheldon and I apply it to my own life on a daily basis. Of course, some days are easier than others. 🙂

Guilt & Shame

I have been a person who my entire life, has worked at moving away from guilt and shame. Guilt and shame can come in many forms. Even inadequacy can make one feel guilty or shameful.

I decided to write about this today to help us all to become more aware of our emotions and how they affect us.

For exampe, in his book “Power Verses Force”, Dr. David Hawkins has an emotional chart that shows the calibration of energy when it comes to emotions. It is referred to as a ‘Scale of Consciousness’. On this scale, guilt and shame are at the very bottom of the scale. What is on the top? Enlightenment and under that Peace, JOY, and Love.

So the lowest is Shame and the highest is Enlightenement.

Dr. David Hawkins The Vibrations Scale

When we understand that emotions can be scaled and that the higher that we vibrate on that scale, the more we will attract into our lives positive experiences and feelings, the more important it becomes to actively and purposely move ourselves up the scale.

One of the easiest ways to shift your frequency and to move up the scale is to find gratitude in things. I always try to start my day in gratitude and today was no exception. Here is a picture of my morning. This is Bella, my cat, lying on my chest, purring away while I laid in bed and enJOYed the start of my day.

Not only did I enJOY Bella’s cuddles but I fed my mind its morning breakfast by listening to some of the work of Christie Marie which inspired me to write this blog post.

My pretty Calico cat named Bella lying on my chest on the wake of a beautiful and glorious new day here on earth.

It is always important to remember that “Thoughts are Things”. This is the core concept of my Infinite Possibilties work that I share with students and clients. It is very important to understand this and to use your thoughts as tools to enhance your life rather than to be a detriment to your happiness and well-being.

The best thoughts you can have to heal and transform are loving thoughts. Gratitude is a loving thought. Blessing something is a very high vibration and a loving thought. By thinking kind thoughts of both yourself and others, you can transform your world and the lives of others, and in turn the entire planet.

Become a master of your thoughts and be sure to feed your mind on a daily basis. By feeding your mind positive and uplifting information you also change your frequency and feed your soul.

Have a great day everyone! I Bless you all with

Allow Deep Emotional Connections at This Time

A woman sitting on a wall enJOYing the sun and reflecting on her emotions.

It’s Okay to Feel

I was in a business FB group today and the topic came up about how people are much more emotional these days and rightly so!

It made me reflect on the fact that, I too, have been much more emotional. For those of us staying at home, I think we are all experiencing this and it is not necessarily a bad thing.

Maybe there are things we need to clear out and move or to heal and now is a good time for that. People are clearing out their houses and painting rooms, but we can also clear out any emotional baggage as well. If it is no longer serving us it can GO!

One of the ways to help with the movement of emotions or energy in motion, is to allow the emotions to surface and to let them come out. You can do this is positive ways as well.

For example, on my daughter’s birthday last week, I cried multiple times. I cried for the JOY we created together as a family as we celebrated her birthday together. I know this will be the one birthday that she will probably remember the most. We laughed, we cried and we enJOYed.

We even had a treasure hunt in the house. I put notes, a few gifts, that luckily I had bought and wrapped prior to this pandemic (which is unusual for me ) :-), and I hid pictures of her when she was young. She was thrilled finding these old pictures!

So many people came by to leave gifts on the steps or to wave and every time it was soooo moving. And I allowed the emotions to surface within myself. I allowed….

Many people are telling me that they are being emotionally moved by the compassion and kindness they see in the world at this time. This is another great way to allow and to move emotion.

I am enJOYing seeing people painting, playing their guitars, singing, and taking on projects that they had left of the back burner of life. That moves me too!

♥ What about you? ♥

Are you tapping into your emotional side and allowing? Are you deciding which emotions to keep and which ones no longer serve you? I hope so.

I really believe that we will emerge as a brand new butterfly when we bust out of this cocoon. 🙂 Can you see the new and beautiful YOU? I can.

Much Love to All!

The Power of Emotional Support

It has come to me lately, that there are 3 kinds of exhaustion we experience. One is physical, one is mental, and the third is emotional, which to me is the most draining of the three. Emotions can also be defined as energy-in-motion.

Sometimes we have all three of these types of exhaustion happening at once and that can be tough. But one of the most powerful ways to help any of these types of fatigue is by receiving emotional support.

I did a training for my fellow Infinite Possibilities Trainers the other day and it was about expanding your reach by building networks and using Facebook to do just that. During the training I shared with the students that building any kind of network is powerful. For example it takes a network to raise a child. We get support in doing this if we are lucky, from fellow family members, organizational leaders, teachers, counselors and more! It is not just us that raises our child. In fact, I came up with a new saying “It takes a family to raise a family”. 🙂

Can you see the power of a network of any kind? In particular when we get emotional support from others regardless of what we are going through in life, it is a HUGE deal and helps a lot. We are energetic beings who have energetic emotional batteries. These batteries can run low and need to be recharged regularly. The fastest way to recharging or quick charging is by getting emotional support.

There are other great ways to recharge like spending time in nature, using creativity to express your emotions and to release them into a manifested state, practicing self-care, eating well, exercising to release energetic burdens and to replenish positive energy stores, but the most powerful of all is when we feel emotionally supported.

And let’s not forget those pets! Pets are the best emotional supporters of all. 🙂

Sometimes in life, we are the supported ones and sometimes we are the supporters. Life is beautiful in this way that we can tag team support for each other on this journey here on earth.

And we must remember that it is always okay and it is in fact a very good thing to reach out and to let others know when you need some emotional support. Sometimes at these times, it is the hardest to do, but that is when we need it the most.

Anyone reading these words, please know that they are infused with both Love and Emotional Support for YOU! 🙂

Give Yourself “The Gift”

With the holidays fast approaching why not start thinking about a gift that you would like to give yourself this holiday season? I bet you are already thinking or have already gotten gifts for other people in your life. I bet you are super kind to others and are always thinking of them and how to make their lives happier, better, and more enJOYable. But what about you? What about a gift for you?

And the gift I am talking about for you needs no wrapping paper, is environmentally friendly, and when you receive and use the gift you give yourself, it helps you and the entire world! Now how is that for an awesome gift? 🙂

What is the Gift? It’s the gift of whatever you need to give yourself to release any emotional pain that you have. Maybe it’s the gift of compassion or the gift of forgiveness or the gift of don’t be too hard on yourself. Whatever it is, it is important that you give yourself the gift and that you receive it with open and loving arms. And by giving to yourself, you have more to give. As the saying goes “fill up your own cup first”. 🙂

I hope you take up my suggestion and that you carry your gift in your heart every day moving forward in your life. Life is meant to be JOYous and sometimes we are the very ones who block our channel for JOY by beating ourselves up or by not forgiving ourselves or whatever else we do that continues the cycle of personal pain.

May your heart be light, your holiday JOYous, and always remember some of the best gifts don’t come under the tree. 🙂

Sharing Some Vulnerability Around Mental & Emotional Health

Laugh Cry Smile Keys Representing Different Emotions

It is Saturday morning and I am writing this blog post to express my feelings and then I am going to go for a much needed rest. I have become very behind on my sleep and it’s starting to show in my mental and emotional health. It’s funny actually because I have been behind on my sleep because I am so excited about life but now it has taken a toll on me and is now the content of this blog post.

I was thinking how we easily share with others that we have a cold or the flu or an ache or pain, but when it comes to our emotional and mental health, we sometimes don’t share this with others and it comes out in ways that are now always positive.

Yesterday, I snapped at a store clerk and this is not like me. I surprised myself actually. I also missed an appointment I had scheduled yesterday and I had even confirmed it. I am today realizing that I am tired physically but emotionally too and I am being vulnerable enough to share this with you. Brene Brown would be proud. 🙂

Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” “If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.”

brene brown

There are many of us walking the planet doing the best we can. We have ups and we have downs. We experience laughter and we experience tears. Life is like this. And it’s okay.

For some reason I just wanted to share this today in case someone else is having a tough time mentally or emotionally. Know that you are not alone, and that it is okay to share with those you love that you are having an extra hard time right now. In fact reach out to someone if you need to.

For me, luckily I had some family support me yesterday and this morning my daughter left me this note to cheer me up.

“You are awesome Mom and I love you sooooooooo much. Just keep being You.

Anyhow I am heading for my delightful rest now so I can begin to return to my JOYful self… I miss her. 🙂

For anyone reading this I send you much LOVE, support and most of all I wish you a JOYous day and if self-care is something you too need to schedule, I hope you do it. It is important to not only our physical health but especially our mental and emotional.

Thank you for being here for me by reading this.

Blessings to all….
