“The basis of your life is absolute freedom, the goal is joy, and the result of that perfect combination is motion forward, or growth. Your goal is to find objects of attention that let your cork raise.” Jerry & Esther Hicks, 1997
I received this quote in my email this morning and I really resonated with it. When I see the words ‘absolute freedom’ that appeals to me. 🙂
My goal in life is to live in JOY. I love freedom and I love JOY!
I think that the greatest gift that we have is in fact free-will and that is freeing in itself.
I personally, am very selective as to what information I access. For example, in my work as a wellness advocate and a Board Certified Nutritionist, I know that I can find a study on just about anything. So what I am referring to is that I can find information to prove just about any point and so can anyone.
So what’s my point right now? My point is that I bring to ME information and objects of desire that bring me JOY! Because I get it!
I could spend my day proving to myself with information out there, how terrible the world is or I can prove to myself how beautiful and JOYous the world is and I choose the latter.
In my playground of life I want fun times baby! I am wasting no time in suffering unless I don’t have a choice. I know there are times in life when pain and suffering happen to us because that is life, but in the moments in between I am riding the JOY train! 🙂
Have a great day everyone and I hope you too ride the train of JOY in your life too!

Look What I Was Graced With! Many of you know that I love little tea sandwiches. These sandwiches come by many names. Funeral Sandwiches I am guessing is probably the second most popular to ‘Tea Sandwiches’. Call them what you will, just don’t call me late for the sandwiches! 🙂 I can skip the desserts… Continue reading It Is So Much More Than A Sandwich!
So I had an early morning ultrasound at the hospital today. It was -28 degrees on a Sunday morning and my appointment was at 7 am. I originally tried to get this appointment changed to a different time because I always say, not another ‘red eye’, but I sucked it up and took it. And… Continue reading My Early Morning Hospital Visit Today
