My sister Stephanie loves this Margaret Mead quote below and said she thinks of my sister Barb and I when she sees it. How nice. It’s important in life for us to share with others about the impact that they have on us or to just show appreciation for another human being. I think we would all benefit by doing this more often don’t you? 🙂

“Power naps are good!” And she is right I take a lot of power naps these days. Sometimes I just close my eyes and sleep for a few minutes and it helps. 🙂

The women before me. My Mom’s Mother Clara Merten, is on the right. I see where my love and appreciation of preparing and serving food comes from!

My Mother Mary. I feel my Mother’s presence helping me in my life and work right now. I found out yesterday that my Mother excelled in English and had a scholarship to a University in Wisconsin, but at that time her father would not let her accept it. Unfortunately, this was often the way of it for women in those days. Mom transitioned to the Spirit World in 1993. She is very much helping me every day and her Spirit lives on. ❤️

I think Queenie the horse definitely needs an honorable mentit’s an honorable mention. Our female energies support the world in so many ways in so many forms and Queenie was no exception.. Should many roles to play
