It Is Our Nature

We were born through creation and we are here to create, so it only makes sense that growth and expansion are natural to us and something that we inherently seeking.

Everything is energy, even rocks! 🙂 Rocks are a denser energy than we are but they are still comprised of energy. Everything is energy including our bodies and our thoughts! And with energy comes expansion. It goes hand and hand.

When we constrict our energy we may feel ‘depressed’, ‘compressed’ or ‘stifled’. When we expand our energy we feel amazing and this expansion causes growth to happen, both in our energy field and in our lives. Expansion is energy in motion just as an e-motion is energy in motion. Expression is the opposite of depression.

The Key To Expansion

If there was one key to expanding and growing 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙀𝙓𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙀𝘿! This is another form of energy in motion.

We need to get excited about life and living. In this way we are expressing our divine energy and creativity and this will always lead to a more enriched life.
