Affirmations are not only powerful but they WORK! What I love most about affirmations is that they are ‘reminders’. This is why I like to keep them handy and to go back and read them…. to remind me and to remember that I and YOU are all-powerful! Affirmations are assistants for us. They are tools in our kit!
